Tulare County Prayer Watch was birthed through prophesy and intercession. The Lord gave me a word in June of 2004 to begin a prayer work. As I reached out "to test the waters," so to speak, I found others who also felt that the Lord was calling for prayer. Not sure if God wanted me to begin this work or help someone else, I kept praying. God's voice became louder and louder. I finally yielded and founded TCPW, November 2004, in Visalia, CA. Our Vision: To create a county-wide awareness of God as our source, which would impact our government, schools, our very lives, to the point where God becomes our corner-stone, our sure foundation.

Our Mission: To lay down a foundation of safety and freedom for the corporate praying Body, that they may participate without fear of criticism, sharing their giftings thus edifying the Body, bringing Glory to God.

Our Purpose: To war effectively in the heavenlies through fervent prayers of agreement that command spiritual enemies to bow, heavens to open, and every hindrance that would pervert the establishment of the kingdom to melt in His presence, thus creating a covering of spiritual blessings over Tulare County.
